Order and conclusion of the agreement
All offers by the seller are made without obligation and are made by publication on the website. Staatjebeeldig is never obliged to make an offer if there are printing, typesetting or programming errors in, among other things, its mailings or webshop. The agreement is only concluded when Staatjebeeldig receives payment for the ordered item. In the event that ordered items are not in stock, we will contact you immediately. If you cannot find an alternative on our website, we will return the deposited amount via Mollie B.V. that manages our payment traffic.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
After payment via the website, Staatjebeeldig will ship your order immediately. Staatjebeeldig ensures that the products are properly and safely packed and delivers them neatly to PostNL within 24 hours. For the ordered items (within the Netherlands) a delivery time of 2 to 3 working days can be used. We depend on PostNL for this. Staatjebeeldig is not liable for damage, loss or theft during this shipping procedure. The shipping costs are stated separately in the shopping cart on the website “staatjebeeldig.nl”. They are part of the total purchase amount. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping is at your own risk.
Prices and payments
All prices are expressed in Euro (EUR) and include sales tax (VAT). If a price is stated on the site or on the order confirmation that is not realistic / correct, Staatjebeeldig reserves the right to still charge the correct price, this is done in consultation with the customer, before shipping the item.
Returns
If you buy a product from Staatjebeeldig, you have the right to notify us within 14 working days that you are canceling the purchase. You then have 14 days to return your order, if sufficiently stamped. The costs for the return shipment are for the account of the buyer. A product can only be returned if the product is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. If the product has been returned in good order, the purchase amount will be refunded within 10 days at the latest. If the item is returned damaged, dirty or clearly used/worn, the amount will not be refunded. We will take photos of the damaged merchandise as proof.
Complaints and liability
Orders placed via www.staatjebeeldig.nl are carried out with the greatest care. In the unlikely event that there are problems with the order, the following provisions apply: You have the obligation to examine whether the products comply with the agreement upon delivery. If this is not the case, you can inform Staatjebeeldig by e-mail within fourteen (14) working days. After the expiry of this period you are deemed to have accepted the goods. If it is shown that the products do not comply with the agreement, we will refund the invoice value. If you want to exchange the purchased product for another product or model, you must first return the purchased product unworn, complete in its original packaging, undamaged and with sufficient postage within fourteen (14) working days at your own expense. We will then send the new product free of charge. Any price difference will be paid by you or refunded by us.
Guarantee
Unfortunately, no guarantee can be given on the scarves. If a problem arises within one month of purchase, please contact info@staatjebeeldig.nl and we will discuss together how we can solve the problem.
